Prarthana: All beginnings must be auspicious and to be so the unknown has to be invoked, that which seems to be present but not seen, only felt.
Om Sah Na----
Human beings need Spirituality because at the core we are Spiritual. To be Spiritual is not to be necessarily religious. We may or may not be religious but we cannot avoid being Spiritual. The text known as the Bhagavad Gita is a spiritual teaching which I will introduce to you.
The Gita opens with an assurance that there is no cause for grief. It addresses itself to the human problems of conflict and grief that we all experience. Lord Krishna presents it in the epic “Mahabharata” to Arjuna in a battlefield symbolic of the battlefield of life.

Hindu Dharma – a Highly Misunderstood Tradition

by
Renu S. Malhotra

As the oldest surviving tradition of the world we have gone through many things over the millennia. Much misunderstanding exists about what Hindu Dharma is and is not. These misconceptions are a result of both outside influences and inside neglect.
There are many religions in this world with followers; most religions are Historic, meaning a person at a given point started each of these religions. The Vedic Sanaatan Hindu Dharma is unique, as there is no beginning, no person started it! How can that be is what many people ask. The best way to understand is by another question, who began Physics? A person may have discovered it at a particular time but physics was always there. In fact, baby monkeys knew the law of Gravitation before Sir Isaac Newton, otherwise they would not hold on to their mothers so tightly! Correct?
So the Vedic Sanaatan Hindu Dharma, which is based in a concept of Dharma, …
